Purple Reign is a chic, romantic oceanfront getaway located on the 4th floor of Ocean Jewels Resort in Daytona Beach. Wake up to amazing oceanfront views and sip coffee from the private balcony complete with two Polywood rocking chairs. Recent remodel offers a tranquil space for just you, just you two, or up to four people. Our condo features one queen size bed and one full size pull-out sofa. There is a table and chairs, television with electric fireplace that changes colors, kitchenette and full bathroom. The kitchenette has a full size refridgerator with freezer, keurig coffee machine, microwave, and two-burner stove. Utensils, dishes, glasses, pots & pans are all provided for your stay. Resort amenities include an outdoor pool, patios with grills, a fitness center, an events room, and more. There is free on-site parking. The condo is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. There is an attached restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch - try the bottomless mimosas and bloody mary's! During your stay, visit the nearby infamous Daytona Boardwalk and pier for a variety of restaurants, amusement, and pier fishing. Our condo is located only 7 miles from Daytona International Speedway. Visit the nearby boardwalk and pier for a variety of restaurants and pier fishing. At this time, we only have availability for October, November, December and the first two weeks of January. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Landlord pays water, electric and internet. Renter is responsible for trash. We do work with a housekeeper so if towels and sheets need to be cleaned we can provide their contact information to arrange. Security deposit and First month of rent is due upon signing the lease. Parking is free on premise and is first come first served. There are three separate parking lots. Please note: The building did incur some damage due to the recent hurricane and has closed specific areas until the repairs are complete. These areas include the 3 outdoor pools, indoor pool, restaurant and parking garage. Surface parking only, either in front of the resort or the parking lot directly south of the building. Price is reduced during these times.
