There is a shared bathroom and kitchen space. You'd enter the space through your own entranceway. Downstairs is a jazz venue and non-profit space. All monthly applicants will be required to fill out a rental application, with a $40 application fee. Both short-term and longer term residents will be screened before moving in. 8 minutes away from the Canal St. ferry, and 3 minutes from the levee / river walk. 5 minute walk from restaurants and coffee shops within Algiers Point. No smoking allowed inside on the premises, no pets are allowed on the premises. Rent is due on the 1st. There is a $40 application fee that is non refundable. Please do not sleep in common areas. Please respect other tenants & guests. Trash is picked up on Tuesday. PLEASE KEEP ENTRY GATE CLOSED & LOCKED. You cannot paint the rooms or furniture. The lease is month-to-month.
