Very well established small Estate Community with less than 30 homes overall. Everyone is friendly and is always there to lend a helping hand if it's needed. Nobody is a busy-body, however, if we see something unusual happening we will all call the police to have it checked out. Great neighborhood for folks with children as there is plenty of room to roam. Most homes in this neighborhood have at least 1 acre and most have 2, although some have as many as 4-6.
