We are preferably looking for an undergrad or graduate student looking for off campus housing. We have one room available for rent. The room is upstairs and shared with an undergraduate male. It is a 11 x 11 for $850 a month. The deposit is same as rent. The room does not come furnished. However, we do have a dresser, desk, and two lamps available for you to use, as seen in photos. All utilities are included with rent such as WiFi, water, trash and electricity. We have a home gym in the garage that you are more than welcome to use and a backyard oasis to relax in. At this time, we are not allowing any visitors. Maybe in the future, once we get to know you, we would allow your significant other to visit only. No overnights. There is a community park and plenty of parking. We are a pretty chill and quiet family, yet we love to laugh and joke around, Therefore, we are looking for someone that is quiet, responsible, respectful, reliable, compassionate, friendly and who can pay rent on time, Pets are not allowed. No smoking of any kind and no illegal drugs or alcohol. We live in a HOA community that does not allow washing your vehicle outside with a water hose or doing major repairs on your car. Last month's rent is due at signing. We live about 1 mile away from a Women's Detention Center, so many of our next door neighbors are law enforcement, firefighters and military. Plenty of shopping centers about 3-4 miles away. Please only serious inquiries. Scammers do not waste your time, we are not idiots. No smoking, alcohol or illegal drugs allowed. 1 year lease or we may consider 6 months lease.
