4 bedroom home. 1 in the rear of the house. 3 bedrooms in front with 1st floor laundry room. There is hardwood flooring throughout the house. Tiling in the family room - that is the room where you see the fireplace. Two bedrooms are carpeted. It's definitely a must see. If you have kids they will love the backyard. Much yard to play in as well as great hills for winter sledding. Neighborhood Description For the most part it's quiet. When people are coming home from work or bringing their kids home you will see the most of the cars. Many of the residents are residents that grew up in the neighborhood and have bought their parents home (like myself) or moved across the street, or next door to their parents so everyone's very nice. I have been in this house since 1986 (I took a break from 1993-2008) but my mother occupied it so that's where I stayed when visiting. I've owned it since 2008.
