It has hardwood floors, a fireplace and gas burning stove, a very large living room, dining room, and kitchen. Comes with a washer/dryer, two large rugs, a kitchen table, and a dining room table. Rent is $878 a month, plus utilities. There is a small yard with flowers and vegetables that needs to be maintained. No pets are allowed.
