This is strictly a non-smoking, NO DOG environment. There are two porches front and back. The rear porch also has an enclosed laundry room and storage washer and dryer which is exclusively for this apartment. The original hardwood floors are gloss varnished and the doors have their original glass and brass door knobs. There are ceiling fans and an antique chandelier. The dining room has china molding on the wall for display of porcelain plates as was the fashion back then. There is picture molding on the high ceilings. Each of the two bedrooms has a closet. The bathroom has a linen closet, the kitchen has a pantry closet. There is a hall closet and storage in the laundry room. There is an additional small bonus room which makes a nice office I have installed new glass front kitchen cabinets to compliment the 1940's Youngstown porcelain double kitchen sink. A vintage gas stove and modern refrigerator are fixtures with the apt.. The original quaint floor radiators for heat are preserved and quiet, efficient zone AC installed in each room.
