This is a cozy ranch style duplex. It has a fully furnished kitchen with cooks in mind. It is a 2 bedrooms but I will be storing my clothes and personal items in one of them. The other is a large bedroom and if renter wanted there is room for a twin bed. It also has a large screen TV as well as the one in the living room. It has a faulted ceiling and the front windows are south facing so has good light. My tenant on the other side will be gone most of Jan, Feb, and March. My neighbors are great. My home will be available on Jan 7,2025 to May 1,2025. Perfect situation for a traveling nurse or someone on a 3 or 4 month assignment in Alaska. This property would be good for someone who is on a short term assignment in Anchorage or is relocating and would like to get to know the area. This property is very close to the bus route and is very near the coastal trail and downtown restaurtants.
