First months rent and security deposit due upon move in (security deposit = 1 months rent). Utilities are not included. Yard maintenance is included. No smoking allowed inside the property. Small pets are allowed. Pet security deposit = $250; Pet fee additional monthly: $25/pet. Washer and dryer are not included. There is a washer and dryer available for use, but if they break down, the owner will not be getting new washer and dryer. The current washer & dryer are brand new. Tenants will be responsible for acquiring their own washer and dryer if the current ones breakdown. The application is collected in two parts. The first part provides general information with no cost. The second part of the application is the background check, this will cost $40 non-refundable. Our current process is providing virtual tours, collecting the first part of the application, scheduling in person tours, and then finally completing the second part of the application in this specific order.
