Once you receive an email with a link to the tenant screening application, it is not complete until submitted with the accompanying application fee (approx. $39) which is due at time of submission to the tenant screening agency. We do not accept Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports as defined by and pursuant to RCW 59.18. If you need language assistance or a reasonable accommodation, you may request additional time to complete the application. We consider the nature and severity of the offense, the number and type of convictions, the time that has elapsed since the conviction, your age at the time of conviction, evidence of good tenant history before and after conviction, any additional information showing rehabilitation, good conduct, or other factors that an applicant would like to be considered.
