This is a fantastic spacious two bedroom apartment (Corner unit) overlooking Rainer. My husband and I are moving up north and vacating on March 1st. We are looking to transfer the one year lease we are on (which ends on May 31st) and even ready to pay the lease transfer fee to genuinely interested parties. You can renew the lease after May 31st if you wish to stay longer. What we offer- 1. $200 off on the rent for March. 2. We are willing to cover the move-in fee ($250) charged by the management. 3. The application fee is $40. If your application gets accepted by the management, we can reimburse you this amount as well. About the Apartment- The floor plan allows lots of natural light into every room. There is an E line bus stop right across the street on Aurora. It takes 25 minutes to get to Seattle downtown (4th and Pike St) . It is conveniently located close to Oak Tree Village making it easy to run errands without a car. On a clear day, you wake up to the magnificent Rainier while you enjoy a cup of tea on the patio that has enough room for a small garden (I also keep my bike there). The bathroom has two vanity mirrors and sinks and remodeled countertop. The Master bedroom is huge with loads of cupboard space. The guest room is reasonably sized with a standard sized sliding door storage space. About the Management Company- James apartment is managed by Cornell & Associates, a reputed company in the Seattle area (Read more- http www.cornellandassociates.com/james/) The apartment manager is very friendly and is always available on the phone. He takes special care of building security. About the Rent- The rent is $1670 which includes utilities(Garbage, sewer, water). Electricity is not included. FAQs- How is the neighborhood? Greenwood is a safe neighborhood and has great walk score, bus connectivity, and restaurants. How far is it from Seattle Downtown? 5.5 miles through WA99 / 6.5 through I5 South When is it available to move in? March 1st.
