Any approval will require personal information pertaining to such individuals. Failure to notify the Owners of occupants remaining on site for more than 10 days may cause the imposition of additional fees, deposits, and/or penalties. Failure to notify and gain approval for any unlisted/unapproved occupants remaining for any period of 10 days or more may be construed as a 30-day notice to quit lease. All rental payments/fees will apply, and deposits and rights to occupation may be forfeited for unapproved occupants or early termination of the rental agreement aka "quit lease".
