I will consider small pets. anything more than that would need to be discussed prior. if your pet does not fall into the category to be covered with my homeowners insurance that pet will not be allowed .anytime during your rental agreement. if one does. show up.your lease agreement will be void immediately. this is a single family home. three bedroom 1.5 bath shaler reserve schools less than 2.5 mi to Pittsburgh on a bus lines and all major highways are just minutes away . I will not Chase several people( roommates) for rent . if you decide you need a roommate one of you will be responsible for the lease and you can chase each other for there monthly share of the rent. it will start with one year lease & could be negotiated . house has current occupancy and inspection needs nothing but some backyard work which I've been waiting for landscaping to get the time to do. the detached garage is average size for smaller cars won't fit large SUVs. the basement is large and is not a living quarters as a half bathroom. there are laundry hookups and players face in the basement. as I am on the road quite a bit you're likely to get a text return quicker than a phone call. please leave a message or a text. the rent will be $1,600 last month , and $1,000 security deposit yes that will be $4,200 to move in. your first month, last month, and security deposit. questions feel free to ask. home is listed as October 1st it is vacant and can be moved in immediately with no rent charging for September. thank you I will start with one year lease.
