The Space This sunny, top floor one bedroom is efficiently designed to accommodate all your needs. Huge second floor covered porch, bright eat-in kitchen with electric range. Multi-family house on a quiet residential street. Location Our house is perfectly situated in a great neighborhood where folks stop to talk on the street and walking/biking is the norm. The apartment is located one block from Preston Avenue, a 15-20 minute walk to the Downtown Mall, and a 10-15 minute walk to UVA. Within a block there is coffee, shopping, restaurants and a bakeries. Marie Bette (French bakery), Integral Yoga (organic food store), Shenandoah Joe's coffee within a 5-7 minute walk. It is also two houses down from Washington Park which has field space, a pool and other amenities. Pets We love animals and understand that you want to bring yours with you, but are also aware of the impact that animals have on a house. This is a small efficiency which probably doesn't work well for pets. In the event that we do allow a small dog/cat, the pet fee will be $35 per month per animal. Rent+Utilities Rent is $1225+$150 utility fee for water, sewer, gas, high speed internet, lawn care and laundry facilities. Electricity, trash, cable (optional) is paid for by the tenant.
