*The purpose of this listing is to find a roommate to share this place with me* My name is James and I am a student at the University of Utah School of Dentistry. I am from Colorado and moved out here for school. I love to ski, hike, and do anything outdoors. I also play some video games. I have a small dachshund who is pretty shy and quiet. I am also a very clean person. I am looking for a roommate to share this condo with. Gender is not an issue as I have lived with both in the past. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom and utilities and internet are all included. Your bedroom and bathroom will be unfurnished. There is a $400 refundable deposit and rent is $750 + $25 internet + $25 gas/electric/water/trash. I would like someone who is a young professional like me, and who will keep the common areas clean. That's really the biggest point for me. Past that, I do enjoy having friends over for a few drinks and such, but the "ragers" are in my past along with undergrad. No other animals are allowed as the building only accepts one per condo. This place is in an upscale neighborhood minutes from the university.
