Everyone is expected to pick up after themselves and help keep the kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms, and other common areas clean and comfortable. Application & Screening A credit and rental-history check is required for each adult applicant. The screening cost must be paid by the prospective tenant in advance in order to apply. A security deposit is also required which is equal to 1 month's rent. Because this is a shared home, we're looking for more than simply someone who qualifies financially. Finding someone who will be a good fit with the existing household is important to us. Pets are not automatically accepted, but exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval.
