The art studio loft is located at AOS R&R Retreat & Residency Center, the land features 19 acres of forest in the Shawangunk Mountains near Minnewaska State Park. The space is fully furnished with a king size bed, and includes a private kitchenette and a large open studio area with a sprung dance floor 16' x 16'. The art studio loft is primarily used for artists in residence, but is also made available to guests during specific times of the year. We value uninhibited space to support creativity. The studio is the perfect place to retreat and take some space for yourself or connect with another. It's a place where you can roll around on the spacious dance floor or get lost in the woods. The space is heated. Rental Period: December 1 to April 30. No smoking inside.
