Hi, We have a 1 bed 1 bath available for rent from June 2025 in a condo at Franklin Park, NJ. It is close to Indian grocery stores ( min drive), as well as, gym. Commute is easy - have a bus stop that goes to NY within 10 minutes walk from the house. New Brunswick train station is also accessible from the bus. Since it's a condo, HOA + electricity + internet + water bill will be shared. HOA is $303. Electricity + internet + water bill won't cross more than $115 per person. There's one free parking spot available, if need car parking. Kitchen is fully equipped if want to use, else can bring your own utensils. I am a working professional, going to New York 3 days a week (2 days work from home). My mother also lives with me, but she works near Pennsylvania, so she comes during the weekends. We have 1 bed 1 bath free where no one uses, and would like to rent it. The room already has a twin bed available to use. We only prefer female roommates, don't care if student or working professional. If 1 person wants the bed + bath, then rent is $1000. If 2 people want to share, rent is $625 per person. Photos will be shared once room is all cleaned, but until then available for video tour. The room is available from June 2025. Long term lease is preferred, but short term also available. Long term is preferred, with one month notice when leaving. No smoking or drinking allowed. Keep the shared spaces clean. No guests allowed inside.
