Spacious, one-level home on a cul-de-sac in a nice neighborhood in the Little River Valley. 8 miles to downtown Brevard, and 17 miles to downtown Hendersonville. Peaceful, safe location, semi-private setting with winter views from the covered front porch. Central heat and air, well water, only one utility (Duke Energy). Appliances included. The driveway to the parking area is steep but it is paved, and there is room to comfortably park 2 cars. There is no garage or basement, the only outside storage we have is a shed (apprx. 8 x 10). The home is well maintained but it has not been updated lately. The carpet in the living room is a little worn. Those are the negatives that applicants should be aware of.
