Primary bedroom: king, en suite bathroom (ground level) Second primary bedroom: king (downstairs, shared wall with full bath) Bedroom 3: queen, en suite bathroom (downstairs) Bedroom 4: queen (downstairs) The amenities: High-speed internet (Optimum 400 Mbps) 5 smart TVs Fully stocked kitchen Pellet stove + electric heating In-unit washer and dryer Hot tub and sauna just steps away (maintained by the HOA) Gas BBQ in common area (outside of snow season, maintained by the HOA) 2 unassigned parking spots included The location in real life: Canyon Lodge is 0.4 miles away walkable to ski in winter (about .25 miles to a switchback and then ski to Canyon), and a quick ride to catch the mountain bike shuttle in summer. The Village is 0.9 miles away for restaurants and nightlife. Vons is 2.7 miles away and Grocery Outlet is 1.7 miles away. The Mammoth hospital is 2.3 miles away. All of the schools are about 2 miles away. Winter heads-up: This property sits on Mammoth Mountain and accessing it during heavy snow requires a four-wheel drive vehicle with chains. The parking lot is plowed and front walkways shoveled by the HOA. Davison and John Muir are plowed by the town, but during a heavy storm you may need chains for a day or two. There is no covered parking. The entrance includes a very short set of stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. Storage: There is a ski locker by the front door. There is an empty linen closet downstairs as well as a larger storage closet (approximately 100 square feet) for storing bags of pellets and all of your gear. No smoking
