The last month rent is due up front on the first month and the second month the security deposit is due. The renter is responsible for any damages occurred to the apartment. The lease is agreed upon for 1 year but can be negotiable upon signing. You can't be this deal for a brand new place to live at this fixed rate!The furnished items are included with this price and are of responsibility to be taken care of by the owner. It comes as is!
