    What's special

All upgrades were inspected per law and regulations and certified by the city of Barstow and issued a permit for the work completed. This home required a complete renovation to include the installation on a larger breaker box with the option to use 220. All electric wire was replace throughout the home. A new breaker box was installed for efficiency, the opportunity from growth and includes the option to use 220 power. All water pipes were ungraded to copper. Severe water damage in the kitchen and bathroom required all walls, floors, appliances and subfloors be replaced and replaced due to excessive mold. The bathroom was redesigned with an overhead shower widow, ceiling fan vent, sink, toilet and luxurious whirlpool tub and simple, elegant shower tiles. The theme of the bathroom is French country and required bead board along the walls with accenting molding used to create a unique chair rail design as well as 6” baseboards. The flooring consists of 100s of white octagon tiles. The toilet and sink we switched places to creat a more even flow. I have to admit the tub was the most difficult task (and the must have splurge) when doing all this work on your own with little experience, but I love the outcome. We separated the huge living room in to two spaces; one space for a dining room large enough to accommodate a large china cabinet and dining table for up to six and added a ceiling fan with lighting as this home did not have ceiling lights in an of the room with the exception of the kitchen, hallway and bathroom. In the large living area we had plenty of space to accommodate and large sofa, oversized loveseat, oversized chair, rug, coffee table, sofa table, end table and an entertainment center. Oh and of course a ceiling fan. The entire house was upgraded with new custom double pane widows custom ordered faux wood blinds. Gorgeous base board molding is installed in all rooms, hallways and each hallway, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Both exterior doors were framed with molding on the interior side of the door. All hallway, bedrooms, bathrooms are framed on both sides with decorative molding. All windows are accented with decorative and dectorative ledge. Both exterior doors are fitted with weather striping for energy efficiency. Front door is solid mahogany with an oval stained glass window, beautifully upgraded brass locks and handles. Exterior rear door is also weather proofed and painted. Each room (except kitchen and bathroom) include a single switch with dual Fan speed control and light dimming that allows you to customize your level of brightness. Each bedroom is equipped power outs on each wall and one additional outlet configured for, cable, internet, and phone. All rooms have top of the line carpet with the thickest pad. Master bedroom has an open Mahogany closet organizer that gives the room the appearance of additional space
