It has a triple stage water filtration system so you don't have to buy bottled water. It has a filtered water ice maker. Stainless steel appliances. Washer / Dryer combo in the unit. 2 air conditioners, as well as an air purifier with a custom virus defense filter. Large enclosed patio area. We can text you a video of the unit if you'd like. Two months free rent. The rental rate is $2,850 per month. With 2 months free, the net effective rate on a year lease is $2,375/month. There is a $90/month charge for all of the following: water; garbage; the natural gas to heat water (hot water) and sewer. Please note that this does NOT include electricity or the natural gas to heat the unit in the wintertime. There is a $60/month charge for 1 GB/sec DEDICATED LINE fiber optic internet. Hardly any apartments have fiber optic internet, and we're the ONLY one on the San Francisco peninsula to have contracted to get it for all our units at a "bulk" rate. Unlike cable, fiber optic internet doesn't slow down during busy periods and uploading is just as fast as downloading. The rental rate does not include a carport space, but there are plenty of unassigned spaces. If you need a carport space, add $50/month. We allow all dogs, as long as you certify that the dog has never bitten a human before. We even have our own custom made in the USA dog waste bags with our apartment logo on it. Dogs are an extra $50/month per dog, and cats are an extra $25/month per cat.
