The condominium complex has a pool, clubhouse, jacuzzi, and tenis court. The room can come furnished or unfurnished and utilities are included in the price. The vibe of the household is quiet and private. The other housemates mostly keep to themselves. Everyone cleans after themselves and the place is kept very tidy. No smoking is allowed in the house. The condo is located just across from Upland High School. 10 minutes drive from the 10 and 210 freeways.
