This house is an easy walk to several grocery stores (Safeway, Fred Meyer, Ballard Market, and a soon-to-be Trader Joe's), all that downtown Ballard has to offer (shops, coffee, movie theatre, bars, restaurants, library, banks, etc.). EXTREMELY easy commute downtown by bus or bike. I don't need to use my car most days in this very liveable neighborhood.
