This home was just appraised by 2 different professional appraisal companies at $750,000 and $867,000 in the last couple months. Zillow is horrible about appraising houses correctly. Zillow doesn't include that we own 100 foot water frontage and almost everything in the home is new (floors, countertops, appliances, furnace, water heater, porch, etc., etc.). You can't buy a house this size on Lake Michigan Bay for less than 1 million dollars.
