Have added a covered Deck. All Trex and beautiful. Zero Maintenance. I have also converted the Master Bath Tub (3X5) to a 4X5 Shower with shower panel, all ceramic stone tiles, all glass wall, and Marble seat with a steam shower. Outside I have a lovely waterfall in the back corner. I also have outdoor low voltage LED lighting. The house has built-in Automation (Insteon and Phillips bulbs) for lighting and fan controls. The fans are a whole house fan to increase energy efficiency in the evening and three different overhead fans and lights. All the house lights are LED, including the Basement fluorescent tube lamps. The lighting fixtures were replaced with LED Tubes. The windows were changed out for energy efficient Glass. It helps the household maintain it's AC and Heating indoors. The Gas Furnace unit is 99 percent effective. We installed it and the New AC unit (1600 Seer). They were installed about seven years ago and still have a 10-year warranty. Solar Energy is Installed and makes summer AC much less cost.
