The room has a closet but is unfurnished, so you'll need to bring your own bedroom furniture, including a bed. You'll have access to the shared kitchen, living room, laundry, and other common areas. At the moment, you'll have your own private bathroom. If I rent out an additional bedroom in the future, the bathroom would become shared with one other tenant. If that happens, I'm happy to reduce the monthly rent accordingly.
