We do require an online application through Zillow Rentals for credit and criminal background screening and income verification. Renter pays for all utilities. There is a well and septic so there is no water bill. We do have a propane tank and you can pay for your propane or add a monthly amount to your rent to cover it. You would also pay for your electricity and garbage. Rent amount does not include any pets. There would be a $50 per month rent increase for each pet which must be approved in advance. Absolutely no smoking or vaping.
