Updated improvements such as granite counters, a completely remodeled bathroom, improved insulation, and updated appliances (range, dishwasher, front-load washer/dryer, energy efficient furnace) allow for comfortable living with modern amenities amidst the old house characteristics. Outside, you can enjoy the large front porch, off-street parking, single car detached garage, and large shady fenced backyard with new flagstone patio for entertaining or enjoying a quiet evening. Landlords live in Longmont and are extremely responsive to any issues you may have. We are looking for tenants who are nonsmokers and have excellent credit. Lease will be for a period of twelve months and will automatically convert to a month-to-month agreement after that. A $25/month rent discount will be applied with proof of renter's insurance. Renters are responsible for all utilities, snow removal, and lawn care/upkeep. Successful applicants will meet the following basic rental terms: payment of rent payments, payment of security deposit, meet the pet requirements, show proof of minimum income (rent less than 30% of income), and minimum credit score (700). Up to two dogs are allowed, but a dog interview in your current residence is required and there will be a pet rent of $100/dog/month with a pet deposit of $500/dog. Landlords will reimburse up to $20/month for dog nail trimming with receipts. Absolutely no smoking on the premises, inside or outside. A separate rental application is required of each adult who will live in the house and applications will be rejected that contain information that we cannot verify or that are incomplete.
