The shotgun style house has two bedrooms, a backyard studio space, and a large, shaded private backyard with several fruit trees: grapes, apples, cherries, persimmons, yuzu, and the delicious Spice Zee Nectaplum. You would have a bedroom, the front living room, and a covered backyard patio to fully furnish and occupy as your spaces. I would use the second room in the house as my office space and sleep/live in the backyard studio, which has a small kitchen. We will have separate entrances and living spaces. We would share a bathroom and my beautiful backyard. $850 for single/950 for couple. My biggest requirement is that our values and lifestyles align enough to suggest we'll be happy sharing a home. I am a writer and an English and Creative Writing instructor at an art college. I don't smoke and rarely drink. I spend a good deal of time with friends and out in the woods or on the beach. I tend to live with people who are responsible, trustworthy, have a sense of humor and are busy living their lives. It's month to month with an option to switch to 6 month lease after 6 months.
