There is an attached 2 car garage, as well as a deep, flat driveway. With a crime score of A (DoorProfit), this area has very low or no crime compared to other neighborhoods in the city. Access to all manner of shopping and dining is nearby with Lakeline Mall, as well as the Homestead and Parkline Shopping centers within 10 minutes of the home. Dell Children's Medical Center North Campus is 5.2 miles from the house. The neighborhood is just across 620 from Apple Corporate Headquarters. Nearby attractions include Austin Aquarium, Main Event, IFly, Lifetime Fitness, Town & Country Sports fields and Park, and many more! The nearest bus stop is a 30 minute walk, or 10 minute bike ride. Lakeline Train Station is an 8 minute drive away. No smoking in the home, including the garage and atrium. Tenant is required to maintain front and back yards. Owner will maintain roof and gutters with a minimum 24 hour notice to tenants. This usually needs to happen 2x per year, when the leaves fall. The property is on a septic system. Tenant agrees to use septic safe products and practices. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen. Tenant will need to bring refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer. Electricity and Water is through the City of Austin. Garbage is collected by Round Rock Refuse. The tenant is responsible for both bills. We are flexible on the weight of dogs, but dogs must not be aggressive. Driveway is adequate for four cars. Please do not park on the grass in the front yard. Lease agreement is for 12 months at a time.
