Large 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath first floor apartment in quiet neighborhood on the west side of Madison available for rent starting August 15th. It's located in the Legacy Apartment complex. I am moving out of state and need to find a new renter. This is not a sublet - you will apply for and sign a new lease with the rental office. The lease length, however, can either be the remainder of my lease (through March 2018 - so, 7.5 months), or a full one-year lease.
