We are looking for a qualified renter, or couple (two people maximum) to occupy our ground level apartment. It is a 684 sqft 1bed /1bath with a full kitchen and laundry. This rental is located on the south side of Victor, you'll be just minutes/bike-able distance from the Mike Harris Trails and Pole Canyon, with Jackson only about 35- 45 minutes away (depending on traffic). The rental is part of a newly constructed home (we live on the second level of the home) and has brand new appliances (Whirlpool and Bosch). Renter will have a private/separate entrance, patio, and 32' carport with space for a maximum of two vehicles. Renter will be responsible for utilities (water, electric, propane, partial/split trash/internet) in addition to rent. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Because the yard is shared, any pets must be friendly with other dogs and cats. We are requesting rent at $1700/month and a $1700 deposit due at the lease signing. Looking to fulfill a 12 month lease starting August 1st. This apartment would be an excellent fit for a single professional or a couple looking for a quiet, comfortable place to call home. Year lease preferred. Renters are responsibility for utilities including water, electric, gas/propane, and optional internet. Utilities will be a percentage of overall usage of the home but will reflect only what the renter uses. No smoking allowed. Rent is due on the first of every month, and a penalty charge of $50 if it is five or more days late. Pets are negotiable we just ask for a refundable security deposit in addition to the first months rent security deposit.
