Bristile Properties does allow pets but are hesitant with larger animals, ask management if your animal will be allowed. Top things that Bristile Properties is requiring for applicants are 1) credit score of 700+, 2) Income of at least $4,600/mo, 3) Passing background check. If you do not meet these standards please don't apply as they are pretty strict with them we do not want to waste your time or money on application fees.
