The apartment has all hard floors, an arctic entry, a driveway that can fit two cars and also has a small storage shed. The property is less than a block away from a small park and the City bus stop. The apartment is not large but is ideal for one or two people. Unit also has an efficiency laundry washer/dryer. Apartment has a 225-gallon heating fuel tank, a 500-gallon water tank, and an 800-gallon sewer tank. The unit is part of Bethel's hauled utilities system. Renters will have to schedule their water and sewer service schedules with the City of Bethel. Renter is responsible for all utilities and heating fuel. Renter will start with a full tank of heating fuel at no cost (Typically lasts three months or more depending on how warm a renter likes to keep it). There is no smoking in the rental nor are any pets allowed. To move in, renter will need to provide the first month's rent (which may be prorated depending on when the renter moves in) as well as a $2000 security deposit. At the end of the lease, the landlord or designee will do a walkthrough of the apartment with the renter and if there is no damage to the property nor any major cleaning needed, the deposit shall be refunded.
