This is an ideal rental for Los Alamos contract employees and location for summer festivals in Santa Fe. Very quiet and private natural setting. All expenses covered, not including $80 cleaning fee. A 30-day term is the shortest term we permit due to local ordinances governing short-term rentals. No pets or smoking. Air conditioning and dishwasher no washer and dryer. Ample private parking. Close enough to plaza to walk or bike (can be provided) if you are into that 2 miles.
