I am seeking a roommate to share my 2 br/2 ba apartment in Glen Park. Amenities include diswasher, washer/dryer in the garage, and one car garage we could either share or do a rent offset for if you prefer to have it all the time. There is also very ample street parking in front of the building, so parking is not an issue either way if you have a car. (You don't need one, because BART, J-muni, and several muni buses are right there.) No pets. Internet and PG&E are around $60 a month, and those are the only utilities. The common space is fully furnished by me, and for this reason and because I take care of paying the bills, I do an even split of rent (2500 total) although I have the master bedroom and the open bedroom is smaller. Must be able to start paying rent on December 15. I'm a 29 year old female attorney who has lived in SF in this same place for about 4 years and the Bay Area for 7. I am neat and quiet and looking for the same in a roommate, although I welcome friends from out of town crashing at the apartment and friends from in town for dinner and drinks, and hope you will do the same! I'm at work from 7 until about 6:15 pretty much like clockwork during the week, and tend to spend a lot of my free time outside the apartment enjoying the city, hiking and visiting other fantastic places around the Bay Area, or traveling to (or with!) some of my far-flung friends and family.
