Our house (affectionately known as Roscoe) has hardwood floors, a good amount of light and a big back deck. We lived in the house for 8 years and recently built and moved into a house next door. Roscoe has three bedrooms, one bath, and It has a newer furnace as well as central A/C. It has a Nest thermostat, slate tile counters in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and a full size washer and dryer in the basement. The hardwood floors were refinished and the washing machine and dishwasher were new in 2024, and the roof was replaced in 2023. The shared backyard has an apple tree, fire pit, eagles nest for the kids and a sandbox. It'd be a great house for someone with younger children - as we have the big yard and play equipment. There's plenty of room to play badminton and if you have a green thumb, you could garden. We'd love to find someone who will love and take care of the house. Parking is available on the street only. We park in the street year-round and it's not a problem. The neighborhood is super walkable, scoring the "Most Walkable" rating in the National Walkability Index. The house is next door to Breese Stevens Field, many coffeeshops, restaurants, and a grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Dayton Street is quiet and family friendly. Pets are welcome with an additional $35 monthly fee per pet. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Cigarette smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
