Renter is responsible for gas, electricity and water. Renter is also responsible for lawn care and reporting any problems to property owner. Pet rent is $50.00 per month per pet. Lease is for 12 months. Air filter for HVAC must be changed every month (filters provided by property owner). A non-refundable background check fee is paid directly to the service we use and charges may vary.
