    What's special

    Furnished bedroomFull-time dedicated private closet

Furnished bedroom available for commuter (Mon PM to Fri AM). Rate: $695/mo all utilities inclusive. Apartment shared with only one other female roommate. Room for let is cozy, but private and comes equipped with bed, linens, desk, shelving, and TV and has two long tall windows with lots of light facing quiet alleyway/backyard. Full-time dedicated private closet to keep toiletries/ clothing to carry over the weekends if desired. No guests, no pets. Building / Neighborhood: Building is vintage no-frills rowhouse with limited amenities, but wonderfully located 3 blocks from Logan Circle and 6 blocks away from Metro. Bars, restaurants, Giant, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, City Center, and Convention Center all within a 5 15 minute walk. (closest Metro yellow/green line: Mt. Vernon Square). A bit about me: Single professional female. I have lived here 10+ years and love it! I enjoy podcasts, documentaries, vegetarian cooking, and hiking. I travel periodically, so there may be times you'll have the unit to yourself. Room availability begins early April, but start date can be flexible. If interested, let me know a bit about your commuter situation and desired timeframe. Previous roommates have had permanent residences outside of the District, but found an all inclusive pied-a-terre situation downtown convenient for commuting and professional/scholastic transitions. * month to month / utilities included * for female only * commuter room (Mon PM to Fri AM) weekly
