Our home features hardwood flooring on the main floor, carpet upstairs, and newer washer/dryer. There is a 2 car tandem garage with a woodworking bench for any personal projects. The backyard features a small deck for a BBQ or any plants you may have. Make yourself at home! The house is 10min away from Boeing and Everett Mall. This home is surrounded by soccer fields, baseball fields, golf courses, dog park, and quiet residential neighborhoods. We will make sure to take care of all your needs as landlord! In return, we expect our tenant to take care of our house. We'd like a mutually beneficial relationship and hope you can be a long term tenant! Our previous tenants loved living here, but they're purchasing a home now so we'd like to provide a wonderful place to live for the next family. Smoking/vaping/weed: not allowed indoor. Pets: small dogs (30lbs or less), cats allowed. Additional $25/month pet rent and additional $350 pet deposit required. Tenant pays all utilities. 1 year lease. 1.5 month's rent for deposit due at the signing of the lease. $350 of the deposit is non-refundable for carpet cleaning after move out. Background check/Credit check/Eviction check is $47/person (non-refundable) and will be paid by tenant. We require proof of income from pay stubs and reference from previous landlords. Pets require an additional $350 non-refundable deposit. Tenant must purchase rental insurance and name landlord as an "additional interested" party.
