Clean 3/2 with garage and fenced in backyard. Vaulted Ceiling in living area gives a spacious feel. Deposit and first and last month rent at signing. Small, trained dogs ok. (no more than 2 please) There is a refrigerator ok for use but will not be part of responsibility of the owner if malfunctions. We will be responsible to for stove/oven, and dishwasher, and microwave in the home. Clothes washer and dryer hookups are in garage. Washer/dryer are not provided and responsibility of tenant. Painting allowed once lease is signed, but will painting costs will not be considered for rent reduction.
