    .Hello! I own the pictured property on Hyperion in Silver Lake just up from Sunset-a short walk to Sunset Junction's wonderful shops, cafes and restaurants. There are 4 identical 1920's Spanish bungalows on the lot-separate-not connected- with parking on site in the rear for 1 car for each unit. They are each 2 bedrooms, one bath, around 825 sq ft. The one that is coming available is the 3rd unit up from the street with the light blue-ish exterior. It's wonderful inside- classic funky Silver Lake 20's bungalow with original windows, hardwood floors and Spanish character maintained throughout. All appliances are clean and nice-and there's a washer/dryer inside each unit! There is a small private gated area/yard beside each unit for sunning, barbecuing, etc. The other 3 units are filled with cool young professionals-quiet, respectful great neighbors and tenants. The available unit is at 944 Hyperion Ave. The rent is $3,250.00 per month. First, last and security deposit required. Dogs are discussable if they're quiet and reasonable. Cats are ok. It's South of Sunset-not too far up the hill. Just look for the green fence! NO annoying mutant neighbors-only really cool Silver Lake people. NO annoying mutant owner (if I do say so myself)--only me and I really care that you are happy and comfortable in your home. Do a drive-by 1st to confirm that you love the area-and if you are interested write to me here and tell me a bit about you and your situation. Unit is vacant and ready to rent now! First showing will be tomorrow the 20th at 3pm. Next will be Thurs the 22nd at 11am . If you plan on being there let me know please so I can keep everyone straight. These units always rent fast! First , last and sec dep required. I pay water and sewage. No smoking cigarettes. One parking spot is available for the unit in the back area.
