Welcome to Taylor House a quiet, light-filled home with huge windows in Omaha's tree-lined Maple Village neighborhood. This fully furnished spacious home is perfect for families or work crews, with room to sleep up to 12 and a backyard built for dogs, kids, or a good evening unwind. There is fast WIFI and you're close to everything but far enough off the main road that it still feels peaceful. We love animals, so your furry friends stay free (up to 2 pets). More than that? Just reach out before booking. Inside, you'll find four bedrooms plus a converted garage room that works great as an extra large fifth sleeping space. There are two full bathrooms, and one half bath, and if you need extra room, we've got a sleeper couch which opens up into a twin sized bed, and a queen-sized air mattress available on request. The kitchen is very large and comes stocked with the basics like pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper, and coffee. You'll also find a full dining area, dishwasher, microwave, and a work desk if you need to plug in.. Its one of the biggest selling points of the house that guests love. There's plenty of seating for meals or game nights. Outside, the yard is fully enclosed wood fencing on three sides, and chain link on the fourth. There's a private entrance and off-street parking for up to three cars. Access to the house is conveniently off 90th street, which is a major North-South artery in the city. The house is about four blocks away from the road, so you do not hear the traffic noises. The driveway is large enough for three cars. There is also ample street parking. We allow up to two pets with no fee. If you're bringing more, just let us know in advance an extra charge may apply. This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, so we do ask that you respect the 10pm 7am quiet hours. For everyone's safety and peace of mind, there are exterior security cameras at the front and back doors. There are no cameras inside the house, and we take your privacy seriously. We like to leave a few basics and food items for guests, but please enjoy them at your own discretion. If you'd rather not, no worries. We live locally, so if you need anything during your stay, we're just a message away. You will receive a digital guidebook before your stay House rules: 1. No parties or events allowed. 2. This is a quiet family friendly neighborhood. Please park properly and do not block streets or driveways. No loud music. 3. Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms. 4. Please respect the neighborhood noise curfew from 10pm-7 am 5. Please don't rearrange the furniture. 6. No illegal drugs, under age drinking or illegal activity allowed on the premises. Please note that weed is illegal in Nebraska. 7. No smoking inside the house. Smoking outside is acceptable as long as cigarette butts are disposed of properly. 8. No open flames inside the house (candles etc)
