    N Austin 3 bed/ 2 bath townhouse with 1357 square feet in a North Austin community with access to a shared pool and greenspaces. This unit is on the corner so there is an added benefit of a large open area just outside the front door/ back patio. The neighborhood is mostly seniors and small families and all are very friendly. This clean and well maintained unit has carpet and wood laminate floors, both in very good condition, and stone tile in the kitchen and entryway. The gas fireplace and lots of natural light in the living room make it a great place to come home to. The master bedroom has its own bath and a walk-in closet, while the two smaller rooms share a bath off the hallway and are equipped with standard folding door closets and shelves. The kitchen is equipped with Maytag stainless steel energy-star rated appliances, very durable and easy to clean tile countertops, and white cast iron/enamel sink with disposal. Speaking of energy-star....I have put in LED bulbs throughout the house, which run 1/5 of the cost of a standard light bulb. These savings will really add up over the course of a year. New AC Unit was installed in Summer 2016, so the upcoming summer months will be comfortable, green, and cheap. There is a two car garage which is very clean and has a washer/dryer combo and storage space. Two, yes two patios with red saltillo tile. A large covered patio out back comes with a small patio furniture set, outdoor fan and a very nice propane grill, while the second patio area is off the master bedroom. Both have small areas for a personal garden or some flowers for color. Feb 1st start date. One year lease with a security deposit of $1700 and an application fee of $50 per applicant.
