I am a three bedroom home in West Toledo, approximately 1440 sq. ft. and have new central air and heat. My large upstairs dormer makes for a great bedroom for the kids. My main floor has a living room, two bedrooms, a full bath and kitchen. All of my rooms are carpeted except for the kitchen and bath, they have vinyl flooring. All the appliances are furnished including a refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher (mom doesn't have to wash the dishes by hand any longer), food disposal and dehumidifier. All my windows have window blinds. My basement is partially finished and has a separate washer and dryer area. (washer and dryer are included but will not be maintained) I just received a fresh coat of paint and my carpeting has been shampooed. I like cars, so I have a one car garage with an an electric door opener to keep your car safe and out of the weather. Enjoy the weather on my three season screened in front porch. I do like small pets that have been neutered. A small dog or declawed cat would be considered. My owner said you can rent me for $835.00/month with a 600.00 security deposit. You will have to pay all the utilities including water and sewer. I really don't want SECTION 8 or someone who has been evicted from a previous rental or getting the boot. So please, don't waist your time or mine inquiring. All bankruptcies must be cleared.
