Very unique design with a large master bedroom, a great room open to the kitchen and eating area, and french doors to the patio off of the master bedroom and the great room. Check out the yard with it's wonderful landscaping, garden space and RV parking next to the garage, plus the garage has attic storage with a pull down ladder. This is a wonderful home! All neighbors are very nice and neighborhood is very safe and family friendly. The interior of the house was recently painted, new window blinds installed, and brand new carpet installed in 2024. The roof will be replaced in August 2025. Fireplace is currently not working but will be fixed soon. Long term tenants preferred. Lease is 1 year and then month-to-month after. Renters will need to put utilities and power/gas in their name. No smoking indoors. Garage and street parking. Renters can either take care of the lawn themselves or I can hire a lawn maintenance person.
