Small Room Unit A, Medium Room Unit B and Master Room Unit C have a full size, queen size and queen bed, small, medium, large adjustable height desk, chair and small, medium and walk in closet per room respectively. Unit A and B would share the restroom in the picture with another tenant, Unit C has its own private room. There is washer/dryer, full kitchen, living room, front/backyard with fireplace to share. There is a bus stop that takes you to the lab or the grocery store and downtown. Driving/bus to the lab is around 7-13 minutes. Parking is available for two cars and the other would be on the public street which is next to the house and a safe area. Please be clean and responsible. All utilities included in the rent. Rent fee may fluctuate depending on the season of the year. If you secure a longer lease, we can negotiate price and deposit. I will have one room available now (Unit B $1,025.00 if short lease (3 months) and will have Unit A available early August~$925/month, Master room may become available in September~$1200/month. Short term lease desired 1-6 months, I might consider longer or renewal. Might be pet friendly depending on size and kind of pet but might ask for more monthly.
