By far the best quality that we found, our 3 bedroom (currently 1 bedroom and 2 offices) and 2 full bathroom home has all sorts of high-end features like coffered ceilings, french moldings, 8 ft doors, tall windows, a large beautiful kitchen w/ 10 ft. island, upgraded master bathroom suite with fully tiled shower and standing tub, 2x6 walls, upgraded insulation, upgraded roof with black architectural shingles, custom front entry way, and so much more. In addition, we upgraded our entire lot with an enclosed backyard, complete with artificial grass and lots of beautiful trees and bushes to create a peaceful, little sanctuary. All our neighbors are amazing people and it's a lovely, quiet neighborhood with a lake and clubhouse complete with a gym, saunas, pool, and more. It's also only a 15-minute walk to the beach along a bike path with beautiful views. It's rare to find a new model like this in such an amazing location... and in a resident-owned community where you have a smaller HOA (around 195 per month) instead of ever-increasing land lease rates.
